Step 1: Request a Return

Submit your refund or exchange request through our official channels.
A courier will be arranged to collect your item.

A preliminary video inspection may be requested.
This does not guarantee approval of your request.

Step 2: Return Processing

Refunds are eligible within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your item must first arrive at our warehouse.
This process may take up to 7 business days.

Once received, the item will undergo a detailed inspection.
This is the final step that determines approval or rejection of your request.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

• In brand-new condition

• Unworn and unused
  

• Free from scratches, stains, or marks

• In its original packaging

Step 3: Refund Issuance

If approved, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to be processed.
Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.

If your refund is not approved, you may choose one of the following:

• Have the item shipped back to you (shipping fees apply), or

• Allow us to keep the item permanently.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be:

• In its original packaging

• Completely unworn
  

• Free of any stains, scratches, or signs of use

Exchange processing may take 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the item.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted.

Customer Inspection Requirement (Very Important)

Customers are required to carefully inspect their order upon delivery in the presence of the courier.

All our jewelry undergoes strict quality control before shipping, and we do not dispatch items with defects.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on defects reported after delivery.

By accepting your order, you acknowledge that you have inspected the item and found it in perfect condition.
